These Terms of Service ("Terms") dictate the rules and regulations for the use of Santan Infotech's Website and Enterprise Platforms including DTOP.

By accessing this website and operating our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Santan Infotech's website or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The following terminology applies to these Terms, our Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Santan Infotech Inc. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

If you are accepting on behalf of an organization or enterprise entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that employer or applicable entity to these Terms.

2. Provision of Services

We provide the enterprise-grade digital platform DTOP for policy governance and compliance. As an evolving entity:

• We retain the right to modify, add, or discontinue features of our Services iteratively.
• We guarantee that core security features, RBAC methodologies, and regulatory baseline protocols will not be deprecated without establishing a succeeding standard.
• Any service-level agreements (SLA) negotiated as part of an Enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA) supersede conflicting general clauses within this public TOS.

3. Enterprise Use & Access

While operating within the Santan Infotech platform ecosystem, you agree not to:

• Falsify identifying attributes during platform registration or onboarding.
• Engage in automated scraping, payload injection, or brute-force vulnerability testing of our infrastructure absent explicit, written "Bug Bounty" or "Penetration Testing" authorization from our executive team.
• Resell or redistribute the core software unless operating under an authorized Partner/Reseller agreement.
• Utilize the application frameworks to propagate maliciously orchestrated material that compromises our Multi-Tenant logic constraints.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Santan Infotech and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the platform, including the underlying codebase, UX topology, and algorithmic workflows. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://santaninfotech.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material natively bound to our software platforms.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the proprietary architecture backing DTOP.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Santan Infotech for competitive intelligence purposes.

5. Warranties & Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website, enterprise networks, and the use of our services (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

In no event shall Santan Infotech be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Termination & Suspension

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or initiate specialized offboarding procedures delineated in your Master Service Agreement (if applicable).

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia and the United States, particularly the jurisdiction governing Ashburn, Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
